Who We Are

Bolday Global Ventures, Nigeria LTD, and ‘Lalade Farms Nigeria Ltd, are subsidiary companies of Bolday Global Ventures, Inc., New York, USA.

As a global enterprise with investment interests across the agricultural value chain, especially organic farm produce, the company’s investors bring firsthand expertise in both arable and cash crop farming.

Our farming approach is driven by modern techniques, smart technologies, and best practices aimed at maximizing yields, efficiency, and profitability.

To achieve these goals, the company emphasizes organic food production, hygienic processing, international-standard packaging, and modern marketing strategies across electronic, print, social, and professional media platforms within Nigeria, across Africa, and into global food markets.

OUR HISTORY

Three Decades of Nigerian Agriculture

Through its subsidiary, ‘Lalade Farms, the company has had a major presence as a key player in the agricultural sector in Nigeria, for over thirty years.

Our MD/CEO, Dr. Dayo Alalade, is a diaspora based agribusiness practitioner and investor with over thirty years of experience in fishery, snail rearing, yam and potato farming, palm and coconut plantation, and general animal husbandry.

Likewise, our Director of Operations, Honorable J.A. Alalade, is a farmer of national repute, with over forty years of experience in large scale production of various farm produce. His expertise is in apiary farming, poultry, grass cutter, piggery, rabbit rearing, snail farming and fishery. He has been a principal officer of the Nigerian Cocoa Farmers Association, and the Chairperson of the Oshun State Animal Husbandry Farmers.

Our Director of Operations, Honorable J.A. Alalade, brings a lifetime of agricultural mastery — specialising in apiary farming, poultry, grass cutter, piggery, rabbit rearing, snail farming, and fishery. His tenure as Chairperson of the Osun State Animal Husbandry Farmers and principal officer of the Nigerian Cocoa Farmers Association speaks to his standing in Nigeria’s farming community.

Today, we own cocoa plantations, kola-nut farms, bitter kola, coconut, and palm tree farms totalling over 500 hectares across Osun State. Our processing infrastructure — including our gari factory and palm oil eku — closes the gap between raw harvest and market-ready product, creating vertically integrated value that benefits both the company and the communities we operate in.

Our GoodHope Restaurant at DM Waterside Lodge in Okeerun-Igbajo is the public face of our farm-to-table philosophy: guests experience the direct connection between our fish ponds and their plates, choosing live fish on a “point and kill” basis — an authentic, transparent expression of everything we stand for.
